We hire a few select people. You will start with a broom and a shovel. You are a helper and your skills with the above tools will determine if you advance. You will not lay a stone for a long time. Apprenticeship is not a class. What's the difference? I always tell my apprentices,"If you want a class, you pay me." After about two years, Apprentices will think that they know everything.
